Make an appointment with some of our professional team
All appointments are scheduled in advance. Before booking, you may review the services and professional team presented on our website. When contacting us, please briefly explain the reason for seeking support so that we can guide you towards the most appropriate service and professional. All information you share is treated professionally and confidentially.
No special preparation is required. When the reason for seeking support is related to a medical condition, previous psychological or psychiatric assessment, developmental difficulty or hospital treatment, it may be helpful to bring any relevant medical or professional documentation.
For information and appointment scheduling, the best way to contact us is by phone. We are also available via email, Viber and WhatsApp, including for clients living abroad.
During the initial contact, you may briefly explain the reason for seeking support. Based on your needs, age, preferred language, type of service and appointment availability, we will help you select an appropriate psychologist or psychotherapist.

Psychotherapeutic support may be helpful for psychological and emotional difficulties, symptoms or diagnosed mental health disorders, stress, crisis situations, traumatic experiences, significant life changes, relationship challenges, recurring patterns of thinking and behaviour, important decisions, as well as a desire for greater self-understanding and personal development.
Seeking professional support is a responsible step in caring for your mental health.
The session takes place in a safe and confidential environment. It most commonly involves conversation and exploration of emotions, thoughts, behaviour, relationships and recurring life patterns, as well as the use of techniques tailored to the client’s needs and goals.
An individual psychological or psychotherapeutic session usually lasts between 50 and 60 minutes.
The number of sessions is individual and depends on the nature, duration and intensity of the difficulties, the agreed goals, personal resources, regular attendance, active participation and the development of the psychotherapeutic process.
The exact number of sessions cannot usually be determined at the beginning. For some concerns, one consultation may be sufficient, while more complex or long-standing difficulties generally require ongoing psychological or psychotherapeutic support. Progress and current needs are reviewed regularly with the psychologist or psychotherapist.
Psychotherapy is a professional approach whose effectiveness is supported by scientific research.
